Prince John commits a romantic indiscretion on his wedding day, breaking his heart and triggering a magical curse. The sorcery curses him and his squire Rodney to remain frogs until a maiden kisses John and marries him by the next full moon. The spell binds them to a form that lasts as long as it takes.
