Pretty Cure Dream Stars!

After school, Ichika and her friends have a picnic on a hill near a tree stump. She recounts a dream about a girl and a fox named Shizuku fleeing from Akainu and Kiinu. Shizuku gives Sakura three cards with symbols and pushes her through a portal, separating them, and Sakura lands in Ichigozaka.

Sakura arrives in Ichigozaka and meets Ichika, the girl from the dream. She notices the pastry on one of the cards and is tempted by Ichika's cupcake. The two begin to wonder about the meaning of the mysterious cards.

Before they can talk, Akainu launches an attack on the unlikely pair. Ichika responds by transforming into Cure Whip to defend them. The confrontation marks the start of a clash between the Pretty Cures and the invader.

Sakura realizes the three cards are meant to locate the Pretty Cure represented by their symbols. The realization reframes the fight as a quest to assemble the Cures. Ichika and Sakura brace for more challenges.

As Sakura struggles to help, the Miracle Light glows and opens a door to Sakuragahara. She steps through the portal and briefly addresses the audience about the Miracle Lights. The scene marks a bridge between worlds.

The other Kirakira Cures arrive and fight alongside Whip, eventually defeating Akainu and turning it back into origami. Sakura explains to the others what happened, and they theorize that Sakuragahara's blooming is affecting their world’s cherry blossoms. The team regroups and prepares for the next quest.

Ichika, Himari, and Aoi travel to the Magical World to investigate Mofurun because of a symbol on a card. They search for the Cures of Keys and Jewels and learn more about the cards' meaning.

Back in the real world, Akainu deploys a Yokubaru to attack the group near the shopping district. The Mahou Girls Cures join the fight and help fend it off.

Yukari and Akira go to Noble Academy where Akira intimidates Yui Nanase, drawing the Princess Pretty Cures into the fray. They team up to fight a Zetsuborg Kiinu sends. Afterward, both teams retreat toward Ichigozaka.

The teams and monsters return to Ichigozaka and coordinate to defeat the revived threats. The combined effort marks a turning point in their ongoing struggle against Kiinu and Akainu.

A mysterious girl named Samidare appears and attempts to attack Sakura, but she retreats for now. Her sudden presence adds tension and hints at deeper schemes behind the events.

At KiraKira Patisserie, the Cures and Sakura share dinner and dessert, and Sakura mourns her promise to see the cherry blossoms bloom. The Miracle Sakulight glows again and forms a doorway at the tree stump, allowing the Cures to enter Sakuragahara.

On Sakuragahara, Akainu and Kiinu fuse into Ooinu and confront the Cures, who must defend Sakura’s ability to open portals to other worlds. Karasu Tengu joins the battle, intensifying the fight and threatening to sever the connection between worlds.

Samidare reappears and turns the other Cures into origami, while Whip and Sakura remain untouched. Whip vows to save Shizuku, and Sakura reaches Shizuku’s memory, shattering the mask and restoring Shizuku and the others. In the climactic moment, the Cures rally with Sakura and Shizuku to exploit Karasu Tengu's weak spot on its nose, ending the battle.
