Porky and his pet ostrich Lulu are hired to perform on Broadway for $75 a week, but the train conductor refuses to let Lulu board. Porky sneaks her aboard; she escapes, munches a sleeping woman’s wig, a boy’s toy airplane and a concertina, and hides in a guitar case before being discovered. Both are thrown off, so they chase the train with a hand‑cart and a cow.
