Porky is an employee at the Snappy Rubber Company, where his mischievous dog Flat Foot Flookey insists on tagging along despite the plant’s no‑pets rule. Flookey’s clumsy antics send him tumbling into a vat of rubberizing solution, reshaping his face into caricatures of contemporary movie stars and causing the walrus‑headed boss to drop an entire stack of tires, turning a routine workday into chaotic slapstick.
