Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl

In the 18th century, Governor Weatherby Swann and his daughter Elizabeth set sail aboard the HMS Dauntless. This voyage marks the beginning of their adventure across the seas, filled with pirate encounters and treacherous waters.

During their journey, Lieutenant Norrington's crew comes across a shipwrecked survivor named Will Turner. Elizabeth, intrigued by Will, takes a gold medallion from his neck, an act that will come back to haunt them later.

Fast forward eight years, Norrington proposes to Elizabeth at Fort Charles in Port Royal, Jamaica. Overcome by the constriction of her corset, she faints, causing her medallion to stir and hinting at the supernatural forces at play.

Captain Jack Sparrow arrives just in time to rescue Elizabeth from drowning. He quickly recognizes the gold medallion around her neck, which ties him further into the events that will unfold, but he is soon fleeing from Commodore Norrington's pursuit.

Will Turner, now a blacksmith, unexpectedly encounters Jack Sparrow in his workshop. A fight ensues as Jack attempts to escape his chains, and although Jack is ultimately captured, this sets the stage for their future partnership.

Will and Jack travel to Isla De Muerta with the intention of lifting the curse. However, their attempt fails, resulting in tension with Barbossa, who is desperate to discover the true heir of Bootstrap Bill Turner.

A fierce battle breaks out between the Black Pearl and the Interceptor. Will risks everything to ensure Elizabeth's safety, leading to an explosive confrontation that will determine their fates.
