Dr. Mahesh Narayan, his wife Shwetha, and daughter Thanmayi move to Kerala. An old man visits the hospital asking Mahesh to find his missing son, and Mahesh initially guides him to a psychiatrist. The visit introduces the converging threads of mystery and medicine.

The family goes on a one-day trip to Marayur, where Mahesh feels déjà vu near a tea shop. He senses he has been there before, linking his present life to the dream world. This reinforces the blurring lines between memory and dream.

Thanmayi accidentally puts the key in the trunk, causing central locking. The tea shop owner invites the family to stay at his house for the day, providing shelter from the unexpected turn. The hospitality deepens the sense of being drawn into a larger, unseen pattern.

That night, Mahesh leaves to make a call and unexpectedly finds himself inside Amir and Angel's dream space. He witnesses the shared dream directly and is struck by a moving truck. The boundary between waking life and dream becomes dangerously porous.

Morning comes and Shwetha and the tea shop owner find Mahesh unconscious outside. They interpret it as a panic attack and begin to worry about his condition. The incident raises questions about Mahesh's grip on reality.

Mahesh consults Dr. Jain Joseph and learns the truck that hit him was scrapped 15 years ago. Jain suggests consulting John Master for a proper explanation of Mahesh's experiences. The investigation pivots toward a deeper, dream-related cause.

John Master explains lucid dreaming and how Mahesh somehow reached out as an uninvited guest in a dream shared by two people. He urges Mahesh to locate the two children within the dream. The concept reframes Mahesh's experiences as a participatory dream event.

Through Kochu Thressia's help, Mahesh discovers Amir and Angel more deeply, and learns Angel is now a librarian. He begins to piece together how their lives intersect with his own. The investigation tightens the web between past and present.
