Rita learns of Mani's plan and turns the tables by killing Pandi, then joining Bhaskar and Latha for a boat escape. The escape marks a pivot in the danger as they flee toward safety. The boat journey becomes a tense chase as they evade pursuit.

During the climactic pursuit, Rita dies defending Bhaskar and Latha, and Latha is kidnapped. Bhaskar clings to a ledge of the helicopter as it circles, their lives hanging in the balance. The scene peaks with danger and a desperate save.

Remembering Jee-Boom-Ba's words, Latha calls for the genie, who then swoops in to rescue Bhaskar. He fashions a flying car to help them escape and lifts off with Bhaskar and Latha. They defeat Mani in the air and bring an end to the danger.

Seenu, Sabapathy, and the authorities expose Mani's and Pandi's crimes, ending their smuggling operation. The mounting evidence leads to swift arrests and a public conclusion to the conspiracy. The police move in as the bad guys are brought to justice.

Bhaskar marries Latha and Seenu marries Saroja, celebrating their new life together. Jee-Boom-Ba declares his vow to help others under the banner of 'good luck.' The genie departs to aid new lives, leaving the world with a sense that luck must be used wisely.
