Tak gains the upper hand, kicking Sacha off the rooftop and saving a bystander child. Sacha feigns defeat and then hurls the child, and Tak is killed when he is kicked off the roof.

Under interrogation, Ban reveals the location where Lee's daughter is stored. En route, Lee's car collides with Cheng's car carrying his daughter; police pursue after spotting Ban's clue, and Lee escapes while his daughter is delivered to Sacha's headquarters by Cheng.

Chai arrives and is urged by Chui to spare Lee. Cheng admits he was behind the crimes. Lee kills Cheng and spares the mayoral candidate, then, driven by grief, turns the gun on himself.
