In a tense midnight sequence, Ho invades an apartment to rescue Tsui Foon with Emily’s help, retrieving a phone that carries GPS coordinates to Joe’s last known location. The pursuit ends with Joe cornered, but the true turn comes when Tony shoots and kills Joe, ending the threat Joe posed and exposing the fragile balance between justice and vengeance. Ho and his team manage to secure crucial evidence that a military-grade device—hidden in a prosthetic arm—had allowed the rich men to listen in on one another’s moves, and Tony is arrested in the wake of that revelation.
