Raizo, a young boy, is raised within the sinister Ozunu Clan under the strict and brutal supervision of Lord Ozunu, who he regards as his father. He undergoes grueling training where he faces harsh punishments if he falters, instilling in him the ruthless skills required of a ninja.

Amidst the cruelty of his upbringing, Raizo finds solace in the presence of Kiriko, a kunoichi. Their budding friendship blossoms into a romantic bond as they grow into adulthood, providing Raizo with moments of warmth and compassion.

Desiring freedom from the oppressive Ozunu Clan, Kiriko makes a courageous decision to escape. She urges Raizo to join her, but he is torn and ultimately chooses to stay, leading to a heartbreaking farewell.

Kiriko's escape attempt ends tragically when she is captured and executed by her brother Takeshi. Raizo witnesses this horrific act and the betrayal cuts deep, igniting resentment towards the clan that raised him.

After completing an assignment, Raizo receives orders from Lord Ozunu to kill a traitorous kunoichi, reminiscent of Kiriko's fate. In a powerful act of defiance, he refuses and escapes, determined to dismantle the clan's operations.

Raizo relocates to Berlin, seeking refuge and a fresh start while honing his assassination skills. He adopts a modest lifestyle, biding his time until he can strike back at the Ozunu Clan that betrayed him.

Europol agent Mika Coretti investigates illicit funds linked to high-profile assassinations, tracing them back to the Ozunu Clan. Her relentless pursuit puts her at odds with her superior, Ryan Maslow, as she digs deeper.

As the Ozunu Clan discovers Mika's investigation, they attempt to eliminate her. Raizo intervenes just in time, saving her life and marking the beginning of a pivotal alliance in their quest against the clan.

Mika convinces Raizo to meet Maslow for protection, but their meeting turns chaotic when Raizo is unexpectedly ambushed by a task force. Distrust taints the atmosphere as Mika feels deceived, despite Maslow's reassurances.

In the burning training hall, Raizo and Takeshi face off in an intense duel, with Raizo ultimately overcoming his brother. The battle intensifies as Raizo confronts Lord Ozunu, igniting a fierce struggle for survival.

As Raizo appears to be trapped, Mika intervenes and shoots Lord Ozunu to save him. However, in a shocking twist, Ozunu retaliates and fatally wounds Mika, plunging the situation into further chaos.

In a moment of emotional clarity, Raizo harnesses his skill of 'shadow blending' to defeat Lord Ozunu once and for all. While Mika surprisingly survives her wounds, Raizo embraces his freedom as he symbolically climbs the wall that Kiriko once scaled.
