Years after struggling with recurring hospitalizations, Akın is a troubled and isolated man, haunted by his experiences within the medical system. Unable to reintegrate into normal life, he rarely leaves his family home, instead seeking solace through visits to religious monuments in Istanbul. During these visits, he enters a euphoric state, attempting to find comfort in faith. However, these experiences seem to trigger a profound shift in his perception, blurring the lines between reality and something else entirely.
