Nepali, a supermarket worker, suddenly kills several people and leaves a clue along with the corpses. The grisly spree shocks the city and triggers a police investigation. Deputy Commissioner Gautham is assigned to the case and begins analyzing the clues to identify the killer's motive.

Gautham cracks the clue left by Nepali and predicts the next target. He closes in on the murderer, but the killer escapes after another murder occurs.

Karthik, a software engineer, meets Priya in a showroom and feels an instant attraction. They spend time together, share laughs, and soon fall in love. Their budding romance provides a contrast to the violence surrounding them.

Karthik escapes from jail and changes his appearance to resemble the Nepali, adopting the new identity to continue his vigilante killings. He begins targeting those who molest or harass women, using the Nepali's persona as cover.

Gautham uncovers evidence pointing to a Nepali as responsible for all the murders and warns him to surrender. The would-be killer refuses, setting up a tense cat-and-mouse chase.

In an underground parking lot, a gunshot rings out as Gautham shoots Karthik. Karthik's soul departs, and he reunites in heaven with Priya and the Nepali's spirit. The film closes on a paradoxical sense of redemption and continuity of identity.
