Ne Zha

Ne Zha and Ao Bing are both struck by heavenly lightning, resulting in the destruction of their physical bodies. This catastrophic event sets the stage for their subsequent trials and transformations.

In an effort to save their souls from dissipating, Master Taiyi Zhenren uses his powerful Seven-colored Sacred Lotus to regenerate Ne Zha and Ao Bing's physical forms. However, the new bodies are described as fragile, foreshadowing the challenges ahead.

Believing that his son Ao Bing is dead, Ao Guang, the Dragon King of the East Sea, launches an assault on the town. He unleashes the monsters that had been imprisoned beneath his palace, creating chaos and danger.

During the tumultuous attack on Chentang Pass, Ao Bing bravely defends the town but ultimately exhausts his strength, leading to the disintegration of his newly formed body. This event highlights the fragility of their new existence.

In a desperate effort to halt the destruction, Ao Guang proposes a ceasefire deal. He stipulates that Ne Zha and Ao Bing must share Ne Zha's body for seven days to complete three trials in pursuit of a potion that can restore Ao Bing’s body.

Ne Zha and Ao Bing embark on their trials under the supervision of the heavenly Taoists. They successfully overcome challenges posed by a marmot bandit clan and a master who trains demons, showcasing their teamwork and strength.

Master Shen Gongbao, tasked with overseeing Chentang Pass, reunites with his younger brother Shen Xiaobao. Tragically, Xiaobao is mortally wounded while attempting to protect their father during Ne Zha's second trial, deepening the stakes of the conflict.

While the sect prepares for the upcoming trial, Ao Guang's forces brutally massacre the inhabitants of Chentang Pass. This horrific event further galvanizes Ne Zha into action, prompting him to complete the final trial alone.

Ne Zha, filled with rage and resolve, completes the final trial without Ao Bing's aid and ascends to xian. This transformation grants him newfound power and the ability to obtain the potion necessary to restore Ao Bing.

In a drastic turn of events, Ne Zha decides to join forces with Wuliang to trap the dragons in the heavenly cauldron. This decision is driven by an urge for vengeance against the forces that destroyed his town.

In a heartbreaking moment, Ne Zha's mother dies in his arms during the chaotic battle. This loss fuels Ne Zha's transformation as he absorbs the cauldron's samadhi fire to solidify his new body.

With the aid of Ao Bing and the dragons, Ne Zha manages to break free from the confines of the cauldron. Together, they unite against the heavenly forces, forcing them to retreat and reclaim their power.

Following the defeat of the heavenly forces, Ao Guang leads the remaining dragons into hiding beneath the ocean. In contrast, Ao Bing chooses to remain behind to uncover the true nature of Wuliang's treachery.

In a surprising twist during the post-credits scene, Wuliang is seen negotiating with the captive Shen Gongbao. However, their plans are thwarted as they find themselves trapped for ten years, setting the stage for future conflicts.
