The villains Mukul Dev, Amit Tiwari, and Ravi Kale recognize the kalasha's allure and plot to seize it. They form a music troop as a cover for their theft, aiming to win the contest with the kalasha in hand. Their scheme makes the competition a dangerous battleground.

Manasa befriends Nagacharan under the pretext of learning music, hiding her true icchadhaari serpent nature. She enters his circle and gains his trust while her real motives remain concealed. Nagacharan remains unaware of the danger as the plot unfolds.

In the next birth, Naganika is reborn as Manasa, a snake-woman who seeks revenge and to protect the kalasha. Nagacharan pledges to win the kalasha at any cost to honor her vow. Their fates remain linked as the ancient feud continues.

Mukul Dev and Kapali capture Manasa, tightening their control over the kalasha and preventing her from acting. Nagacharan's resolve is tested as the search for a rescue intensifies. The situation threatens to derail the competition and the delicate balance of power around the relic.

Divine intervention arrives as Lord Shiva sends his serpent necklace to aid Manasa. The legendary Nagaraja, Vishnuvardhan, appears to rescue her and shift the balance of power. The miraculous help marks a turning point in the struggle.

Nagaraja frees Manasa and they together defeat Mukul Dev and Kapali. The villains are killed and their hold on the kalasha is broken. The victory restores order and advances the path to Nagacharan's triumph.
