Mr. Peabody & Sherman

Mr. Peabody, a highly intelligent dog, faced rejection during his puppy days, which shaped his future. This experience motivated him to dedicate his life to science and innovation, setting the stage for his unique adventures.

During one of his many adventures, Mr. Peabody comes across an abandoned infant named Sherman. He decides to adopt Sherman legally, providing him with a loving home and guidance using his extraordinary time machine, the WABAC.

As Sherman grows up, he faces difficulties as he begins school. On his first day, he impresses a classmate, Penny Peterson, with his historical knowledge, which leads to unforeseen bullying due to his unique upbringing.

Impressed by Sherman's knowledge, Penny initially befriends him but soon turns cruel, calling him a 'dog'. This situation escalates, leading to Sherman getting frustrated and ultimately biting Penny, attracting unwanted attention.

Sherman's biting incident catches the eye of their teacher, Mr. Purdy, and prejudiced children's services agent, Ms. Grunion. They initiate an inspection that threatens to separate Mr. Peabody and Sherman if their home is deemed unsuitable.

In a bid to create a favorable impression, Mr. Peabody invites Penny’s parents, Paul and Patty, over for dinner. While Mr. Peabody charms her parents, Sherman reluctantly entertains the troublemaking Penny.

In a rebellious moment, Sherman reveals the WABAC to Penny, leading to an unexpected joyride through time. Their adventure lands them in Ancient Egypt, where Penny becomes engaged to the young Pharaoh, King Tutankhamun.

Realizing Penny is in a precarious situation with King Tutankhamun, Sherman and Mr. Peabody embark on a daring rescue mission. Facing arrogance from Egyptian royalty, they must find a way to save her from this disastrous fate.

Their time travels bring them to Renaissance Florence, where they seek assistance from the great inventor, Leonardo Da Vinci. While engaging with Da Vinci, Sherman and Penny's relationship deepens amidst their escapades.

In a twist of fate, their adventure turns dire when they accidentally navigate the WABAC into a black hole. This unexpected turn jeopardizes their existence, thrusting them into a critical situation that demands quick thinking.

The chaos of their time travel leads them to the Trojan War, where Sherman's rebelliousness prompts him to join King Agamemnon's forces. Mr. Peabody and Penny must rush in to save him from an impending disaster.

Their adventure reaches a climactic moment with the destruction of the legendary Trojan Horse. Amidst the chaos, Mr. Peabody seemingly meets his demise, leading Sherman to confront the consequences of their actions.
