Dean and Jerry bumble through a chaotic 3‑D adventure as Herman, deep in gambling debt, promises the mob he will sabotage a racehorse so it won’t win. To pull off the scheme he dupes his cousin Virgil, an earnest veterinary apprentice, without revealing his true motive. Along the way mistaken identities abound, Virgil meets a fellow veterinarian, and Herman finds himself attracted to the horse’s owner.
