As 2012 dawned, Boris the Animal, the last of the Boglodites, emerged from his lunar prison after being incarcerated since 1969. This marked the beginning of his quest for revenge against Agent K, the man responsible for his downfall.

Boris confronts Agent K and Agent J, ominously declaring that he's 'already dead.' This cryptic statement serves as a forewarning of the dark turn of events that will soon unfold in their battle against him.

Following the confrontation, J becomes increasingly curious about K's hidden past regarding Boris' imprisonment. His investigations at MiB Headquarters reveal the existence of the ArcNet, a vital shield that had previously protected humanity from destruction.

Defying the laws of time, Boris travels back to July 16, 1969, intending to assassinate K's younger self. This catastrophic interference with history causes a significant rupture in the space-time continuum, leaving J as the only person aware of the altered timeline.

As Earth stands on the brink of disaster without the ArcNet's protection against the Boglodite invasion, Agent O realizes that J exhibits signs of being a temporal anomaly. The consequences of Boris's time meddling become increasingly apparent.

Learning about Boris's plan to kill K on Coney Island, J embarks on a dangerous journey through time. However, he is apprehended by young K, who initially doubts J's outlandish claims about coming from the future.

Once they are both convinced of the gravity of the situation, J and K work together to uncover clues about Boris's plans. Their investigation leads them to The Factory, where they seek insights from the famous undercover agent Andy Warhol.

At The Factory, they meet Griffin, the last living Archanan, who possesses visions of all potential timelines. Griffin's cryptic warnings and insights become crucial as they piece together Boris's nefarious intentions.

Following Griffin's hints, J and K venture to Shea Stadium, where they finally locate the ArcNet. Unfortunately, just as they secure the device, they witness Griffin's tragic death at the hands of Boris, emphasizing the stakes of their mission.

As the countdown to disaster shortens, J and K work to save Griffin and confront the threat posed by both young and old Boris. They find themselves in a desperate chase through time to restore the timeline before it's too late.

J reveals to K that Boris plans to kill him aboard the Apollo 11 rocket, which requires the deployment of the ArcNet into space. K's skepticism gives way as they rally to prevent this catastrophic event at Cape Canaveral.

As J and K navigate the launch tower, they are ambushed by Boris clones but manage to fend off the attack. With quick thinking and teamwork, they position the ArcNet onto the rocket just in time.

As the launch commences, the colonel sacrifices himself to save K from young Boris's relentless pursuit. This moment reinforces K's transformation and his commitment to break the cycle of violence.

With the ArcNet now in space, the timeline is restored, putting an end to Boris's plans. K’s decision to spare young Boris signifies a commitment to a better future, free from revenge and destruction.

Upon returning to 2012, J receives unexpected news from K about the eradication of the Boglodites. This revelation deepens their bond as they reflect on their tumultuous journey together through time.
