After faking his own death, Arthur Bishop adopts a quiet life in Rio de Janeiro under the alias Mr. Santos. He enjoys a temporary tranquility, far removed from his previous life as a professional assassin.

Bishop's peace is disturbed when a mysterious woman confronts him during lunch. She reveals that her employer has a lethal contract for him, prompting a dangerous chain of events.

The mysterious woman returns accompanied by a group of assassins, leading to a deadly confrontation. Using his combat skills, Bishop manages to escape, leaping onto a hang glider from a tram car to evade capture.

Bishop seeks refuge in Thailand and connects with his friend Mae for assistance. He begins investigating the mysterious woman, slowly uncovering her connection to his past.

While enjoying his time at the shore, Bishop meets Gina, a captivating woman who grabs his attention. Their encounter takes a turn when she calls for help as she is attacked by an assailant.

Bishop intervenes during the attack and eliminates the assailant, ensuring Gina's safety. Their bond grows stronger as she reveals her connection to Riah Crain and the threats against her and her friends.

As things settle, Gina returns to her teaching career in Cambodia, feeling a sense of calm. Just then, Bishop unexpectedly reappears, leading to a heartfelt reunion that hints at future adventures.
