Advocate Lakshminarayanan, known as Lakshmi, pleads with Appukuttan to bless the marriage and help the couple. He agrees to visit them and weigh in on Balakrishnan and Maya's betrothal. On the second day of the marriage, Maya leaves Balakrishnan after a misunderstanding, and returns to Mumbai. Balakrishnan tries to keep the rift from Appukuttan, concealing the separation from his family. The move creates a rift that forces him to improvise to keep up appearances. To salvage appearances, Balakrishnan hires a woman named Mayamohini to pose as his wife. Mayamohini turns out to be Mohan, a man hunted by the police who was drawn into Pattala's schemes. The disguise drags them into danger and a web of mistaken identities. Mayamohini’s role drags Balakrishnan deeper into Pattala's world.

Mohan reveals his true identity to Balakrishnan and agrees to help him in the search for his father, Sankaran Potti. The unlikely partnership sharpens the stakes and pushes them toward Mumbai. The revelation also foreshadows the confrontation with Pattala and his associates.

In Mumbai, the trio unexpectedly encounters Maya again, now revealed to be Kathreena, a club dancer with a troubled history. She explains Pattala is a wanted international criminal who previously duped her. A flashback shows Sankaran Potti’s murder by Pattala and Sanjay to secure their wealth.

During the ensuing struggle, one of Pattala’s men tries to kill Balakrishnan, but Sanjay dies accidentally in the chaos. Mohan then kills Pattala, avenging his father’s murder. The criminal empire begins to unravel as law enforcement closes in on Pattala’s operation.

Mohan is released from the charges against him as the case against him collapses. Meanwhile, Lakshmi’s family comes to seek an alliance with Mayamohini, unaware of her true background and the larger truth about Pattala. This development hints at a fragile peace and new beginnings for Balakrishnan.

Balakrishnan learns that his sister's star is Chothi, confirming the prophecy and renewing his hope for a final resolution. The revelation ties together his past struggles with a potential, though fragile, future. The journey, though chaotic, appears to edge toward a kind of closure.
