In a remote fortress, a ruthless sorority of surgically skilled sisters stalks their next victim. They imprison a horde of women, brain‑washed and sponge‑bathed, turning them into the world’s most anatomically precise surgeons. The harrowing tale follows innocent Sabrina, who becomes trapped in a living nightmare, captured by a slavery ring that forces her to endure the same brutal surgical training.
