Vidya travels to Chennai for a dance event and crosses paths with Subash, an honest IPS officer. He earns her respect with his integrity as he handles a case decisively. Their relationship begins to develop amidst the unfolding politics.

Subash arrests Vannai Varathan, an MP from Roopavathi's party, on charges of social unrest. Roopavathi publicly signals support for Subash, strengthening his position. Varathan's future becomes entangled with both the party and his own revenge.

Subash is confronted by Gowtham IPS, who accuses him of aiding an anarchist. Subash suspects that Gowtham himself might be the mole, deepening the mistrust between them. The two men' s rivalry adds a layer of personal betrayal to the political intrigue.

Subash spots his sister Seetha's corpse and learns the circumstances that brought her there. Seetha reveals that Gowtham is actually her husband, adding a disturbing twist about loyalties and family ties. The revelation complicates the search for the real traitor.

The investigation uncovers that Robin was hired by Metha to assassinate Roopavathi. It is revealed that the person Roopavathi killed at the film's start was her Chief Security Officer, reframing the initial murder. Metha's plot becomes clearer as the layers of conspiracy unfold.

Subash discovers that the real mole is the Inspector General of the Delhi Police, who is killed before he can reveal more. With Gowtham's help, Subash informs Roopavathi of Metha's treachery, though she remains wary due to Metha's clean political image. The political stakes rise as trust erodes.

Robin and his associates kidnap Gowtham, Subash, and Seetha, leading to a tense standoff. Subash fights back, frees himself, and kills Robin and Metha, while an attempt on Roopavathi's life also unfolds. The film ends with justice served but the political danger far from over.
