Lost in Thailand

Xu Lang, portrayed by Xu Zheng, is introduced as a brilliant scientist who has invented 'Supergas', a revolutionary solution. This invention holds the potential to significantly increase the volume of liquids, promising unprecedented profits in resources like gasoline.

Xu Lang seeks to secure additional funding from a powerful investment fund, which requires him to obtain approval from Mr. Zhou, the largest shareholder. The stakes are high as Xu understands the critical nature of this endorsement for his invention's future.

Gao Bo, played by Huang Bo, Xu's business partner and former college classmate, expresses his eagerness to sell the Supergas invention to a French corporation. This ambition sets off a rivalry between him and Xu as they pursue their respective interests.

Determined to gain Mr. Zhou's endorsement, Xu travels to Thailand. However, his journey is marred by the pursuit of his rival, Gao, who seeks to thwart his plans at every turn.

On the flight to Thailand, Xu encounters Wang Bao, a lively entrepreneur with dreams of checking off items from his bucket list. Their initial interaction is marked by skepticism from Xu, who dismisses Wang's claims about being with a famous actress.

As Xu and Wang explore Thailand, they develop an unlikely camaraderie through cultural exchanges. Their contrasting personalities lead to a series of humorous misadventures as they search for Mr. Zhou.

Frustrated by their lack of progress, Xu secretly searches Wang's wallet and discovers a suspicious amount of cash. Assuming Wang may be spying for Gao, Xu decides to read Wang's diary to find damaging information.

Instead of finding incriminating evidence, Xu is moved by Wang's heartfelt entries that reveal his love for his mother, who suffers from Alzheimer's, and his dreams of love with Fan Bingbing. This discovery shifts Xu's perception of Wang from a rival to a potential ally.

Wang arrives at a revered temple, where he is tasked with interpreting a case housing a coveted authorization letter. The arrival of Gao, accompanied by a skilled Muay Thai master, adds tension to the scenario as they both aim to claim the letter.

A chaotic combat sequence unfolds as Wang must confront the Muay Thai master Saichia Wongwirot. Through unexpected agility and skill, Wang manages to knock his opponent down, showcasing his growth beyond expectations.

As Gao grapples with the letter's authenticity, he realizes it rests on his own signature. Meanwhile, Xu undergoes a profound personal transformation, rediscovering appreciation for his family, which he had long neglected.
