The story begins eight years after the iconic 'Space Jam' as Warner Brothers in Hollywood plans a new Bugs Bunny movie. The studio is eager to create a new hit, but tension brews behind the scenes.

Bugs Bunny catches the spotlight, igniting jealousy in Daffy Duck, who wants a significant role in the upcoming film. Fed up with only playing villainous characters, Daffy seeks his chance to shine.

Studio executive Katelyn 'Kate' Houghton assesses the situation and decides to fire Daffy, deeming him unfit to attract audiences. This decision sparks a chaotic scene as Daffy is escorted off the lot.

Daffy's defiance results in a wild chase through the streets of Hollywood, where he causes mayhem, including the toppling of the Warner Bros. Water Tower. DJ, tasked with escorting Daffy out, finds himself caught up in the chaos.

After the incident, both Daffy and DJ find themselves unemployed. DJ returns home to discover a hidden message from his father, a famous actor who also leads a double life as a secret spy.

The hidden message reveals that DJ's father has been kidnapped by Doctor Luther J. Chairman of the Acme Corporation, who is on a mission to find the powerful Blue Monkey Diamond. The gem has the ability to transform humans into monkeys.

DJ teams up with Daffy to find the Blue Monkey Diamond and rescue his father. To start their adventure, they travel in DJ's vintage yellow Gremlin car, determined to thwart the villain's plans.

The duo arrives in Las Vegas, where they meet Dusty Tails at Yosemite Sam’s casino hotel. Dusty provides them with a crucial clue involving a queen of diamonds playing card that details the way to the Blue Monkey.

While being chased by Yosemite Sam and disguised Acme agents, DJ and Daffy make a narrow escape into the desert. Here, they fortuitously discover a Walmart, enabling them to gather vital supplies for the next leg of their journey.

Their adventure leads them to Area #52, where an enigmatic employee named Mother shares important information about the Blue Monkey's powers. Just as they piece together clues, they are ambushed by Marvin the Martian and his extraterrestrial gang.

DJ uncovers that the card contains an X-Ray image of the Mona Lisa. After a covert visit to the Louvre in Paris, they find a map hidden within the famous painting that directs them to the location of the legendary gem.

As they make strides towards their goal, Elmer J. Fudd is unveiled as an Acme agent. He attempts to sabotage DJ and Daffy's mission, creating an intense confrontation that heightens the stakes.

The situation worsens when Mr. Smith, Chairman's assistant, captures Kate, planning to escape by helicopter. DJ, driven by determination, orchestrates a daring rescue to save her.

United, DJ, Kate, Daffy, and Bugs journey to the jungles of Africa in search of the Blue Monkey. They encounter Granny and her pets, who are revealed to be disguised agents of Acme, leading to their capture.

At the Acme Corporation headquarters, DJ, Kate, and Bugs face off against Marvin, who intends to use the Blue Monkey's powers for world domination. Through DJ's bravery, they ultimately thwart his plans and save humanity.

In a surprising twist, Daffy and Bugs learn that their grand adventure was entirely scripted, set on a film stage. Embracing their camaraderie, they laugh off the experience, ending the tale on a humorous note.
