Kung Fu Panda 2

Long ago, Lord Shen, the heir to the peacock clan, sought to dominate all of China with his innovative weaponry derived from fireworks. He consulted a goat soothsayer who revealed a prophecy about a 'warrior of black and white' that would lead to his downfall, which he mistakenly interpreted as a warning against pandas.

After his horrifying order to exterminate the pandas, Shen's parents, horrified by his actions, were left with no choice but to exile him from their clan. This exile only deepened Shen's resentment and fueled his desire for vengeance against those he believed would threaten his ambitions.

Fast forward twenty years, we find Po, the Dragon Warrior, living in peace and protecting the Valley alongside the Furious Five. Despite his esteemed title, Master Shifu stresses the importance of finding inner peace, which becomes increasingly difficult amidst looming threats.

While on a mission, Po and the Furious Five come across a gang of wolf thieves working for Shen. A symbol on the head wolf's armor sparks painful flashbacks for Po regarding his mother, momentarily distracting him and leading to the thieves escaping with important metal meant for Shen.

Curious about his origins, Po asks his adoptive father, Mr. Ping, about his past. All Mr. Ping can reveal is that he found Po in a radish crate, leaving Po with many unanswered questions about his true identity.

News breaks that Master Thundering Rhino, head of the kung fu council, has been killed by Shen, who has developed a new weapon that threatens kung fu itself. Gripped by the urgency of the situation, Po and the Furious Five resolve to confront Shen in Gongmen City.

Upon arriving in Gongmen City, Po and his friends find it heavily controlled by Shen's forces. They navigate through the oppressive rule and eventually locate imprisoned council members Masters Storming Ox and Croc, who are demoralized and reluctant to join the fight.

In a dramatic encounter, Po and the Furious Five face off against Lord Shen in his formidable fortress. They manage to free themselves and destroy his cannon, but the victory comes at a cost when Crane sustains an injury, and Shen escapes amid chaos.

After the tumultuous battle, Po has a moment of confrontation with Tigress, leading to internal struggles regarding his past. Despite her protective instincts, Po embarks on a dangerous mission into Shen's armory, inadvertently jeopardizing his friends' efforts.

Being rescued by Shen's soothsayer, who is now living in ruins, Po uncovers truths about his past and the sacrifices made by his biological parents during Shen's attack. This new understanding helps him embrace his identity as he prepares for the ultimate battle.

Returning to Gongmen City, Po rallies with Ox and Croc, joining forces for the final confrontation against Shen. Utilizing the inner peace he's found, Po expertly counteracts Shen's attacks, turning the tide of battle in their favor.

During the climactic battle, Shen, driven by rage, lashes out at Po, but in a twist of fate, he accidentally destroys himself with his own cannon. This moment marks Shen's defeat and the restoration of balance in the land.

With Shen defeated and peace restored, Po returns triumphantly to the Valley of Peace. He acknowledges Mr. Ping as his true father, celebrating their bond and the journey they have shared together.

Unbeknownst to Po, his biological father still lives in a secret sanctuary where surviving pandas reside. As Po enjoys his peaceful life, his biological father senses that his long-lost son is thriving in the Valley of Peace.
