Kittu [Raj Tarun] is a mechanical engineer who runs a small car garage with a tight-knit circle of friends. Debt gnaws at him from a ruthless moneylender, and when a dangerous squeeze from that lender tightens, Kittu and his crew push their luck even further. Kittu meets Janaki [Anu Emmanuel], a woman who catches his eye and kindles something hopeful in him. He pursues her with a mix of charm and stubborn determination, and she gradually opens up to the idea of a relationship. Their connection deepens as he tries to balance love with a life that seems built on misdirection and bargains. While repairing Janaki’s car one day, he discovers a bag stuffed with ₹25 lakh, and she asks him to bring it back in the morning. What begins as a simple task soon becomes a tangled web when the bag is mysteriously stolen by his friend Babji. The loss aggravates Kittu’s financial pressure, and in a bid to cover debt, he and his friends lean even harder on their dog-kidnapping scheme. When Janaki learns of the ruse, she confronts the truth and ends the relationship, feeling betrayed by the man she thought she knew.

AIR [Arbaaz Khan] is a fellow magnate with a cold, calculating edge. He is more than a businessman; he is a shrewd blackmailer who uses fear and leverage to control others. One of his targets is a CBI officer, whom AIR has already compelled to shield a high-stakes deception around a cricketer’s death—Prashanth Varma—whose name and fate are the currency of AIR’s power. An IT raid disrupts AIR’s carefully constructed world, led by a ruthless IT commissioner, Aditya Narayan, who takes AIR’s safe box—an archive of damning evidence—into custody. Inside the police and corporate tangle, a mole named Rishi in the IT department reveals that the real safe is hidden in the IT headquarters, with access cards that can unlock it. The revelation intensifies AIR’s malicious drive and leads him to enlist Nimasi Baba/Santhanam [Raghu Babu] to obtain the access card through a kidnapping plot.

Meanwhile, Janaki learns that Kittu’s money-seeking was not for romance or a noble cause, but a desperate bid to pay off debt. She calls him to a park for a confrontation, and in the ensuing chaos, Kittu’s crew kidnaps a dog that unexpectedly turns out to be Janaki’s own pet. Bhadra, AIR’s ally, intervenes and magnifies the crisis by demanding the IT access card and a hefty sum. The miscommunication triggers a cascade of shocks: Aditya Narayan, the IT chief, is thrust into a bind.
