Josemon (played by Tovino Thomas) is a local handyman in a small village who does everything he can to make ends meet and to save enough for his family, especially his sister’s education. He is loyal, stubbornly hopeful, and willing to sacrifice personal comfort to keep his family afloat. In a moment that defines his resilience, he decides to part with his cherished Royal Enfield Bullet—the motorcycle he keeps as a memory of his father—hoping it will provide a stable chance for a better future. But fate has other plans, because the very day he makes this painful sale, Cathy, an American traveler, arrives in his life, turning an ordinary day into something entirely unexpected.

Cathy (played by India Jarvis) is a visitor seeking to see India through the eyes of a local guide. Her arrival sets the course for a road trip that will carry her beyond the familiar comforts of her itinerary and test the limits of Josemon’s willingness to help a stranger. Appachan (played by Joju George), a respected elder in the village, recognizes an opportunity and asks Josemon to accompany Cathy on a sprawling journey that stretches from Tamil Nadu to Karnataka, then onward through Gujarat toward Jaipur, where Cathy plans to fly back to the United States.

Their voyage is a test of luck and grit. On the way, the couple’s belongings—money, passports, clothes, even their sense of security—are stolen from the bike. The theft forces them to face bureaucratic hurdles and the fragility of their plans as they head to a police station and try to salvage what remains of Cathy’s trip. It is during this crisis that they meet Sunny (played by Sidhartha Siva), whose warmth and humor gradually turn into genuine friendship. Sunny offers shelter and safety, inviting Cathy and Josemon to stay with him while Cathy works to secure funds for the American consulate and to renew her passport.

What follows is a sequence of acts that reveals the depth of their characters. Cathy suffers a serious accident and breaks her arm, sending them into a hospital where medical bills loom large. As they mend, Cathy’s passport is recovered and they make their way to Mumbai, where Cathy’s mother arranges flight tickets back to the United States. Before parting, Josemon leaves a heartfelt letter to Cathy, admitting that he is in love with her, a confession that lingers long after he returns to his village in Kerala. Meanwhile, the story continues to unfold back home as Josemon works in a workshop, now recognized as a bullet expert, quietly rebuilding his life and his confidence in the wake of loss.

Three months pass, and a new twist arrives in Jaipur. Josemon receives news from the police about the recovery of his driver’s license and other belongings, a sign that pieces of the past may still reappear. Around the same time, Sunny calls with joyful news: he has become a father and invites Josemon to come see the newborn. When Josemon finally travels to Jaipur, he finds his old Bullet—now with Cathy—having been recovered through Sunny and Cathy’s efforts. The revelation that the bike has been found and reintroduced into their lives brings a sense of closure and renewal. The film closes on a hopeful note: Josemon and Cathy continue their journey together, exploring India on the Bullet, their partnership strengthened by sacrifice, resilience, and an ever-deepening bond.
