Josemon, a local handyman in a Kerala village, struggles to earn enough to support his family and his sister's education. To cope, he decides to sell his Bullet motorcycle, a memory of his father that he has kept for years. The sale foreshadows the sacrifices he will make for those he loves.

An American traveler named Cathy arrives in India seeking a local guide. She hires Josemon to accompany her and help navigate the country on a road trip to Jaipur. This marks the start of a journey that will change both of their lives.

Josemon and Cathy set off, traveling through Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Gujarat as they head toward Jaipur. They plan to drive across India so Cathy can reach her flight back to the US in time. The trip brings them closer as they face unfamiliar landscapes together.

Mid-journey, thieves strike and steal all their belongings from the bike, including money, passports, and clothes. The loss abruptly derails their plans and forces them to improvise with limited resources.

Panicked but determined, Josemon and Cathy go to the police station to file a report and seek help. The incident adds a layer of danger and slows their progress toward Jaipur. They realize they still have to navigate official channels to keep Cathy's plans alive.

While dealing with the setback, they meet Sunny, who becomes a friend and ally. Sunny offers them shelter and support while Cathy figures out travel funds to reach the American consulate and reapply for her passport.

During their stay with Sunny, Cathy suffers an accident and breaks her arm. Josemon rushes her to the hospital and stays by her side as she receives treatment. The emergency tests their bond and resolve.

To pay for hospital bills and Cathy's interview costs, Josemon reluctantly sells his only remaining asset—the Bullet. The sacrifice deepens their dependence on each other but also reduces his already limited means.

Cathy admits she had lied about lacking funds, revealing that she had enjoyed her stay with Josemon more than she let on. Her confession introduces a new emotional complexity to their relationship.

Three months later, Josemon is working as a Bullet expert in his village workshop. He receives a letter from Jaipur police stating that his driver's license and other belongings have been recovered and are ready for collection.

On the same day, Sunny calls to say he has become a father and wants Josemon to come see the baby. The news shifts the focal point back toward Jaipur and the friends they made along the way.

When Josemon reaches Jaipur, he finds his Bullet motorcycle waiting for him, recovered through Sunny and Cathy's efforts. The reunion brings relief and a sense of closure to a difficult chapter.

With the bike back in hand, Josemon and Cathy resume their journey across India on the Bullet. Their partnership persists as they ride toward new horizons, sharing the road and the memories they created together.
