Killing Car

A mysterious Asian woman enters a scrapyard where a salesman offers her payment-in-kind in exchange for a car. She appears to accept the deal, then abruptly draws a gun and shoots him dead. She steals a 1958 Edsel Corsair and drives away in silence.

The salesman's girlfriend returns fire, triggering a brief gun battle between the two women. The Car Woman overpowers her and continues her rampage, and the girlfriend escapes at first and is later located and killed.

The Car Woman pursues a group of prostitutes through the city streets and opens fire, killing them all. The carnage draws attention from bystanders and raises the stakes for law enforcement. The chase marks the start of a widening conspiracy behind the murders.

Two detectives arrive to investigate the murders: a senior detective nearing retirement who dismisses the case, and a young detective who senses a larger pattern. They find a small toy car among the bodies, hinting at a calling card left by the killer.

The Car Woman follows Robert and Sylvie to a country farmhouse and shoots Sylvie, severely wounding Robert. Before dying, Robert realizes that he and the killer are connected to an incident from one year earlier.

Marc and Monique arrive at the farmhouse to strike an illegal deal over a stolen Goddess of Fertility statue. They are confronted by the Car Woman, who claims to be an acquaintance of Robert. Marc agrees to proceed, while Monique remains wary of the situation.

Monique runs to the barn and screams when she finds Robert and Sylvie's bodies. Marc tries to aid her, but he is shot dead in the chaos.

The Car Woman confronts Monique and impales her through the chest with a pitchfork. The brutal act seals Monique's fate as the killer moves on to her next target.

Photographer Pascale returns from New York to Paris and meets the Car Woman for a modeling shoot. The session unsettles Pascale due to the woman's haunting appearance, creating a tense atmosphere.

Barbara suggests a provocative shoot with the Car Woman as the executioner and Pascale as the victim. The Car Woman falls into a trance and proceeds to cut Barbara's throat when Pascale is forced to slap her.

The memory-triggered frenzy drives the Car Woman to stab Pascale. Barbara attempts to lead her to safety, but both women are killed in the ensuing violence.

Detectives retrieve the negatives from Pascale's camera and discover the Edsel and the toy cars planted among the bodies. The case earns the Car Woman her nickname as investigators connect the murders.

The Car Woman's next victim is a young office worker who recognizes the car and is shot and wounded but survives. She then auditions for a nightclub dancer to lure the owner, Sam Spade, to his death.

She lures two antique dealers to a back alley to discuss the Goddess statue trade. One recognizes the vehicle and questions her, hinting at a past incident, while the other dealer is killed. She later hints at who has been helping her along the way.

The Car Woman kisses her lover goodbye and shoots him to end his misery. She goes to a deserted wasteland where her assistant is revealed to be the senior police detective and pays him for his services. The young detective confronts the elder detective, who tries to bribe him and is killed. The Car Woman wanders off, her mission complete.
