Akil is consumed by depression and repeatedly tries to take his own life, but each attempt ends in failure. During one rooftop attempt, he unintentionally stops a teenage girl named Juliana Evans from jumping after a painful breakup. The brush with tragedy leaves him shaken and unresolved about his future.

Akil happens upon a flyer advertising suicide services in a public space and decides to call the number. Salina answers and directs him to a mysterious agency known as the Life Action Bureau (LAB). He learns that LAB offers a path to end his life, which piques his curiosity and fear.

After a consultation with LAB representative Mr. Harun, Akil hires the agency to end his life in an unspecified manner. He remains unaware of who the LAB contractors are or when and where the execution will occur. The arrangement unsettles him, but he feels compelled to proceed.

Akil returns to his routine but soon meets Zara, a woman who captures his attention and empathy. Their connection deepens as they spend time together in various places around the city. The budding relationship brings Akil moments of happiness he had long forgotten.

Akil brings Zara to watch a movie titled World Without Tomorrow, directed by Johan Iskandar. Johan is revealed to be a LAB customer due to his failed marriage, hinting at LAB's reach and involvement in personal lives. The screening ties Zara and Akil more closely to LAB's world.

In a disturbing turn, Zara is revealed to have received kidneys from Raj, Miss Jasmine's son, hinting at a deep and morally murky network surrounding LAB. This revelation adds to Akil's growing skepticism about LAB and the people around him. The graft appears to connect personal tragedy with a broader, darker scheme.

Back from the village, Akil discovers a collection of photographs depicting Zara's victims. The haunting images force him to confront the possible consequences of trusting Zara and LAB. The revelation strains their relationship and pushes him toward a breaking point.

Akil confronts Zara about her LAB involvement; she admits she works with LAB but denies being a killer. They argue, and he implores her to kill him, a demand she resists with a sharp reminder that she still cares. The exchange exposes the complexity of their bond and the blurred lines of loyalty.

Returning home, Akil encounters Mr. Harun, the LAB contractor assigned to fulfill the contract. Akil proclaims that he wants his life back, and a pistol is fired in the ensuing confrontation. The moment feels final even as doubt lingers about the true nature of LAB's intentions.

The pistol is revealed to be a toy, overturning the apparent act of violence. LAB is reframed as an NGO dedicated to preventing suicide rather than killing people. Zara is confirmed to be a LAB contractor but not working for Harun, and the film ends with her giving Akil a treat for guessing her exact role.
