Khiladi

Gandhi is an orphan who is raised by the successful businessman Rajashekhar. He grows up to become the General Manager of Rajashekhar's company, living with his wife Chitra and their daughter. This stable family life sets the stage for the power and choices that follow.

A CBI probe nets Rajashekhar in a money laundering case linked to the ₹10,000 crore scheme orchestrated by Bala Singham. Gandhi learns of the plan and its stakes, sensing a path to power and vindication. He secretly studies the links and smartly identifies the money's likely location.

Gandhi informs the Home Minister about the money, triggering orders to secure it. David, acting on a hidden directive, robs the container, swaps real notes for fake currency, and burns the container to erase evidence. Arjun later discovers the fake note, revealing a deeper conspiracy at work.

David, following instructions from an unknown caller, kills Gandhi's wife and son, sparing only his daughter who takes the blame to shield her father. The personal tragedy hardens Gandhi and deepens his entanglement with power. This act cements his willingness to manipulate others for his aims.

Gandhi, in the face of the money plot, is arrested by Arjun and is shot during the confrontation. He is portrayed as taking the blame for crimes he did not commit and is sentenced to 14 years of rigorous imprisonment. The sentence becomes a crucible for his later schemes and disguises.

Inside prison, Gandhi befriends Ramakrishna, whose story he later uses to manipulate Pooja and secure his release. He forges documents to convince officials that his tale is true. This ruse primes Pooja to become a tool in his broader game.

In the present timeline, criminologist Pooja arranges a bail for Gandhi using her father, the DGP Jayaram, as a cover for performing final rites. Arjun and Jayaram attempt to stop him, but Gandhi manages to escape. The escape thrusts the story into a tense chase fueled by deception.

Pooja soon discovers Gandhi's supposedly dead family members are alive and part of his crew, revealing he operates as a Dubai-based con artist. Arjun is assigned to arrest him in Dubai, turning the hunt international. The illusion of his benevolent mission collapses as his true motive comes to light.

Gandhi's backstory reveals he recruited a club dancer named Aditi to help steal the 10,000 crore. With Bala Singham watching, his gang and Aditi hack Bala Singham's phone to extract the money's location. The plan is set, but Gandhi is arrested and ends up surrendering again to avoid exposure.

Outside the court, Gandhi captures David after a shootout, while Singham's men capture Ramakrishna. David reveals that his orders came from an unknown person who is actually Jayaram. Pooja learns that the cash Gandhi seeks is cryptocurrency, revealing a new dimension of the conspiracy.

Aditi betrays Gandhi and shoots him for the money, sending him into surgery. Pooja learns from Gandhi's henchmen that the money was meant to fund a charitable trust for the needy, and that she herself lied to them earlier. Gandhi's true motive surfaces: his actions critique a corrupt system, not mere personal greed.

Gandhi frees Ramakrishna and faces Arjun in a final confrontation. He defeats Singham's men and kills Singham, then clarifies that his fight was against a corrupted system, not individuals. Guru Singham is stripped of his ministerial post as the truth about the money comes out, and Gandhi reveals he stole the real money earlier to outsmart everyone. Arjun vows to arrest him again, leaving an open-ended note on justice and reform.
