Ajay arrives at a Shimla college to pursue higher studies and quickly stands out from the crowd. There he befriends Vikram and Nisha, two prank-loving slackers who share his appetite for mischief. The trio revels in harmless pranks on unsuspecting people around campus, testing boundaries and creating chaos. Ajay's cautious nature sometimes clashes with Vikram and Nisha's reckless energy, but he stays along for the ride. Their antics pull them closer as partners in crime and laughter.

During a scheme, they spot a wealthy man named Seth and craft a fake typed extortion note to pressure him. They hope to pry money from him without obvious consequences. For a moment the plan seems like a harmless prank, but it foreshadows real danger.

The following day, a newspaper reports that Seth has died under suspicious circumstances. Realizing they could become prime suspects, Ajay, Nisha, and Vikram scramble to cover their tracks. Their incriminating typewriter goes missing, and a menacing stranger begins stalking them.

Before they can tell the truth, they learn that Vikram has been found dead. The trio becomes entangled in a dangerous murder investigation and fears their actions may have triggered this fate. They resolve to cooperate with authorities to clear their names.

They uncover that Sherie acted as a middleman between a feared criminal named Black Cobra and his clients, tying Vikram and her to a shady underworld. The extortion racket appears to extend into the city’s darker corners, implicating more people. The investigation tightens as Cobra's influence grows.

They realize Seth confronted what he believed was Cobra and was killed for it. Cobra then killed Vikram and Sherie to keep his secret and stole the typewriter to frame Ajay and Nisha. The pieces begin to align around a larger extortion scheme overseen by Cobra.

The mysterious stranger shadows the trio and they manage to overpower him, narrowly escaping. They inform Inspector Rajendra Singh of their findings and demand protection as the case deepens. The Inspector arranges a meeting at an abandoned place to discuss next steps.

At the rendezvous, Ajay presents the incriminating evidence to the Inspector. To their shock, the Inspector burns it and reveals that he is none other than Black Cobra himself. Cobra mocks their attempt and declares he will kill Ajay and pin the crimes on him.

The stranger reveals himself as Charlie, an undercover officer working on the murder cases. After a tense struggle, Black Cobra is subdued and taken into custody. Charlie explains how Cobra killed Vikram and Sherie to protect his racket and how he used Ajay and Nisha to trap Cobra.

Charlie explains that he suspected Vikram and Sherie of complicity long before the murders and had secretly stolen the typewriter to expose Cobra. He confirms Cobra's role in the killings and clarifies the broader extortion network. The duo learns there is little hard proof against them now, but the threat is real.

Charlie tells them to return the next day to collect the typewriter, keeping their distance from danger for now. The duo vow never to play such dangerous pranks again and resolve to move forward with a safer path. The chapter closes on a cautious note, with a hopeful but wary outlook.
