Haridas is appointed the new commissioner and immediately acts against organized crime. He summons Aliyar, Hamsa, Ramayyan, and Antony to the office, arrests them, and subjects them to third-degree torture.

Kannan Nair, a head constable, rapes Suja in front of her daughter, an atrocity that fuels a vow for vengeance. The crime leaves lasting trauma and sows the seeds of the later conflict.

Antony, who has become a taxi driver, loses control and opens fire in the police station, killing Kannan Nair and several officers. This act escalates the feud that began with the earlier abuses.

In retaliation, Haridas leads a ruthless raid on Aliyar's slum, aiming to dismantle the criminal network. The raid intensifies tensions and pushes the characters toward further violence.

Suja is shot while protecting Antony, and a bomb blast kills Aliyar's wife and children. The violence devastates families on both sides and deepens the feud.

Aliyar, Antony, and Ramayyan are arrested by Haridas' forces and sentenced to prison. Their incarceration marks a turning point that reshapes their lives and future plans.

Several years later, the trio are freed and reunite with Aliyar to plan vengeance against Haridas. They commit to bringing down the commissioner who triggered the entire cycle.

Rajagopal IPS tries to arrest the gang by sending a police officer, but they escape and go into hiding with Driver Jaffer. This escape marks a new chapter of their pursuit of power and revenge.

The gang seeks political help from George Mathew MLA, who initially refuses but eventually agrees to back them. This political backing strengthens their stance against Haridas.

The gang tries to assassinate Haridas and his daughters, but Haridas escapes the attack. The failed strike raises the stakes and tightens the pursuit.

Haridas hunts the gang down and fights Antony and his allies. He is stabbed by Aliyar and dies in hospital, and before dying he tells Antony that his daughter is alive and was raised by him as one of his own daughters.

Antony returns to Haridas's house, where the three girls initially despise him but gradually accept him as their father. Haridas's wish to have them cared for is fulfilled through Antony.

Aliyar and his gang attack the daughters; Antony fights back and kills Aliyar, Ramayya, and Hamsa, with Aliyar dying in Antony's arms. The violence ends the gang's reign and solidifies Antony's role as father.

As Rajagopal is about to reveal which girl is Antony's own daughter, Antony stops him, declaring that all three girls are his daughters. The film closes on Antony's embrace of the family he has chosen.
