After studying martial arts in the Philippines and beating Quino, Anthony Scott returns to the U.S. for college. He vows his teacher he won’t fight, yet the Tigers—a gang led by bully Dick—target him. Anthony only fights fairly; when Dick resorts to dirty tricks, Anthony wins with his Dragon Strike. Humiliated, Dick seeks revenge through the Tigers’ real boss, Mark Sanders.
