After training in the Philippines and beating Quino, Anthony Scott returns to the U.S. for college, vowing his teacher he won’t fight. He draws the Tigers, a gang led by bully Dick, but refuses challenges, agreeing only to fair bouts. When Dick cheats, Anthony defeats him with the Dragon Strike, prompting Dick to seek revenge via leader Mark Sanders.
