The film opens with the funeral of Vasee's parents in a graveyard, where he remains emotionally distant due to a lack of affection. A condolence visitor's diamond ring goes missing as she leaves, and Vasee quietly takes the ring from his pocket and returns it to her. The scene establishes Vasee's calculating, money-first worldview from the outset.

At age 21, Vasee inherits his parents' property and becomes chairman of 42 companies. Despite immense wealth, he is unhappy and longs for motherly affection, hinting at deeper emotional needs. A doctor advises him to find love, sparking his fixation on a maternal fantasy called Cinderella.

Vasee consults his family doctor, who prescribes that he should seek love to cure his emptiness. This medical advice feeds his dream of a nurturing figure and intensifies his Cinderella fixation. The suggestion marks a turning point where emotional pursuit becomes central to his life.

Vidhya, a mall employee working for Pratap, witnesses Vasee stealing a crystal from the shopping mall. The sight ties her to Vasee’s criminal activity and plants the seeds of future conflict. The incident also foreshadows the complex dynamic between the two leads.

During a diamond exhibition, Pratap unveils a priceless 16-faced diamond worth ₹10 crore. Vasee steals the gem despite tight security, while Vidhya, who is responsible for the diamond, becomes wary of his actions. The theft triggers the police scrutiny that drives the plot forward.

Vidhya is questioned by the police and charged with theft, but the case appears unlikely to succeed against a man of Vasee's wealth. Pratap recalls a past incident connected to Vasee, including the graveyard ring and his own lost golden wristlet during a handshake, which strengthens his belief in Vidhya's innocence. Social status unfairly sways the initial investigation.

As part of Pratap's plan, Vidhya enters Vasee's home as his personal secretary and adopts a more modern look. Vasee begins to see a Cinderella-like figure in her and develops a growing, albeit one-sided, affection. The arrangement deepens the psychological manipulation at the story's core.

Vidhya spots the diamond hidden in a big fish tank, raising the stakes of the theft. She is then asked to accompany Vasee to the airport for a meeting, but she disappears when she notices Vasee's doctor; the pursuit of the truth becomes a matter of life and death.

Vasee returns home to find the fish tank broken, and he concludes that Vidhya has taken the diamond. She faces another round of charges for theft, deepening the crisis. The discovery also hints that the supposed prize may not be what it seems.

Pratap pressures Vidhya to have an illicit relationship with him in exchange for her discharge from the case. Vidhya resists, pleading with Vasee to recover the diamond and save her future. The coercive strategy exposes the fragile front of justice guarded by wealth and influence.

Vasee bails Vidhya out of custody and compels her to become Cinderella for five days in Switzerland, with no physical contact allowed. Premkumar pressures the situation to protect his own position, while Kailash the Interpol officer watches from afar as the arrangement unfolds. The bizarre punishment shifts the power dynamics entirely into Vasee's hands.

In Switzerland, Vidhya endures nightmares and tense confrontations with Vasee. On the fifth day, police arrive to find both dead—Vidheya in a bridal pose and Vasee in a groom's suit—with Pratap's diamond placed on Vidhya's coffin. Vasee has shot himself, and a note atop the coffin declares that his wealth should fund the Cinderella Trust for the needy.
