A jockey deceives Charlie by betting ₹100,000 on a fixed race, wiping out his savings. Enraged, Charlie tracks the jockey to an upmarket city hotel to exact revenge. This confrontation pulls in other players and deepens Charlie's entanglement with crime and lawmen.

While Charlie tightens his grip, Lobo and Lele, two policemen, kill three drug dealers in the hotel and seize a guitar case containing cocaine meant for Tashi. They must deliver the case, positioning themselves against Charlie’s plans. The cocaine becomes a shared catalyst for pursuing power and money.

Charlie and his crew invade the jockey's hotel room, seize his possessions, and flee to the car park where Lobo and Lele are loading the van. In the ensuing chaos, Charlie discovers the cocaine inside the case and steals it to sell. The police realize their van is missing and join the scramble to recover it.

Lobo and Lele return to their beat only to find the cocaine has vanished. They vow to track down Charlie, escalating the manhunt. The pursuit now pits criminals against the law in a chase that threads through the city.

Sweety reveals she is pregnant and wants to marry Guddu. They wed that night, but Bhope, Sweety's brother and a powerful politician, learns of the union and sends his men to disrupt it. They crash the wedding, beat Guddu, and discover he is a migrant from Uttar Pradesh, inflaming Bhope's fury. Sweety and Guddu narrowly escape with their lives.

Charlie regroups as Mikhail, delighted by the cocaine news, becomes entangled in the confrontation. An inebriated Mikhail interrupts a tense exchange and is killed by Bhope. The brothers' alliance fractures further as the body count rises and trust erodes.

On the way to the airport, Guddu and Sweety are arrested by Lobo and Lele at a petrol station, who mistake Guddu for Charlie. The truth surfaces when Guddu's mobile rings and is traced to Bhope. A plan forms to swap Charlie for Guddu and Sweety on a train, raising the stakes for everyone involved.

Guddu and Bhope's men escort Charlie's cocaine case to Bhope's house, where the political fixer reveals a more sinister bargain. Guddu negotiates that retrieving the cocaine case is the price for Sweety's safety and a potential future. Bhope directs his henchmen to accompany Guddu to recover Charlie's case.

He returns to his own house to reclaim the cocaine, while Guddu arrives with Bhope's men. Sweety fears for their safety and an eruption of violence ensues as loyalties collide.

Bhope and Tashi negotiate to trade drugs, but Charlie snatches the guitar case and threatens release unless Guddu and Sweety are freed. The police swarm the scene, a violent shootout erupts, the cocaine is destroyed, and Bhope, Tashi, and their henchmen are killed while Charlie is wounded. The lovers escape as order collapses around them.

Sweety gives birth to Guddu's twins, offering a fragile new balance to the fractured family. Charlie pivots toward a new, more legitimate path by opening a bookmaking counter at the racecourse and becomes engaged to Sophia, the woman from his dream.
