In a near‑future ruled by Smart Brain, 90% of people are Orphnoch, threatening humanity’s survival. Former hero Kamen Rider Faiz, Takumi Inui, presumed dead after a Smart Brain attack, returns when rebels try to steal the secret Emperor Belts. Their peace summit is broken by Smart Brain’s new warrior, Kamen Rider Psyga, forcing Takumi to regain his memory, become Faiz again and battle to end the war.
