Gavan chooses to step back, signaling that the true threat lies beyond their immediate battle.

The Galactic Union calls for calm and investigates Haruto's role. Haruto is not a declared foe, but the political landscape is tense as rumors swirl about allegiance and balance of power. Retsu Ichijouji's presence underscores the seriousness of the situation.

Geki refuses orders to wipe out Wizard and Beast, prompting Retsu to relieve him of duty. Kai, the Space Sheriff Sharivan, is tasked with a corrective mission, testing loyalties among the protectors. The move signals a fragile alliance and shifting power dynamics.

On a distant shore, Yoko Usami detects a crash-landing object and meets the small robot Psycholon, who has no clear memory of his past. A budding friendship forms as Yoko begins to understand and restore the robot. Their bond is tested when Kamen Rider monsters attack, and Yoko regains Yellow Buster as teammates are pulled into a portal.

Haruto battles renewed Shocker forces and encounters Space Ikadevil seeking Psycholon. Through a portal, he meets the Kyoryugers but is mistaken for a Debo Monster, complicating his mission. Gai Ikari interrupts the duel and explains Space Shocker's machinations.

Daigo Kiryu and rival teams rally to form a coalition of legendary fighters across dimensions. Sharivan's arrival and Gai Ikari anchor the alliance, while trust remains fragile as Geki's stubbornness tests unity. The Genmu Fortress looms as the looming threat.

Gai arrives at Omokagedō Antique Shop to reveal Madou's plan and the Genmu threat. The only viable counter would be the Super Dimensional Cannon, but Haruto's group refuses to sacrifice Earth. Geki won't surrender and convinces Kai to buy time with a new plan.

With one hour to act, Haruto leads an expedition into Genmu World with Yoko, Psycholon, and Nito to halt the invasion at its source. They confront the Genmu's defenses and lay groundwork for an allied defense. The mission tests nerves and strategy across dimensions.

In Genmu World, Beast battles Space Kumo Otoko while allied groups—Livemen, Gingamen, Gekirangers, and Riders from Amazon and Hibiki—join the effort. Gavan Type-G unlocks a transformation system, letting Haruto take a new form and fight with renewed might. Fourze and other legends lend support.

Retsu fires the Super Dimensional Cannon to stop a chain reaction, but Reider reveals the blast could revive Demon King Psycho. Gavan sacrifices the Dolgiran to negate the blast while Sharivan and Shaider stabilize, as Psycholon's true nature is revealed. The heroes prepare a final combined assault.

Kamen Rider Wizard and Kamen Rider 1 join the effort, aided by Gavan and the Gokaigers. WizardDragon energizes Kyoryuzin for a brutal final strike, and Yellow Buster reaches Psycholon, breaking Psycho's hold. Psycho is defeated, and the multiverse begins to settle as teams return to their dimensions.

With Earth saved, Gai Ikari returns to duties with a new sense of universal peace, and the others fade back to their respective worlds. The post-credits scene hints that they are not the only heroes on Earth, foreshadowing new adventures.
