A new evil organization, Space Shocker, led by the magic-using Space Ikadevil and Space Spider Man, emerges and threatens Earth with a mysterious phenomenon. In response, the Space Sheriffs Gavan type-G and Sharivan are dispatched to eliminate all magic users, initiating conflict with Kamen Riders Wizard and Beast. The Space Crime Syndicate Madou, previously defeated, returns to cause further chaos. During this turmoil, Yoko discovers a mysterious robot named Psycholon, which both Space Shocker and Madou seek for unknown purposes, leading to a desperate fight for survival.
