Dag is a successful director of TV commercials who lives with Halley and jets between frequent flings. His wandering eye strains the relationship as he cycles through new affairs. Halley senses something is off but doesn’t yet confront him directly.

Dag sleeps with Rebecca, a beautiful but troubled ballet dancer dating his friend Peter. Halley discovers Dag's infidelity and finds a voicemail from Paula asking to meet Dag. Overwhelmed by betrayal, Halley ends the relationship and moves out.
