Cami, an earnest entomology student, conducts insect research in her sorority house. When her roommate Josi sprays insecticide on the bugs, the insects rapidly grow gigantic, turning the house into a battlefield. The girls soon discover that Josi has become a host for a new strain of ravenous, mutant insects, forcing them to fight for survival.
