Following the death of their father, the Riley siblings struggle to stay afloat by illegally dealing painkillers. Josie runs the operation with a firm hand, but her brother Kip, a war veteran, worries that their risky business is isolating them from their community. Despite Kip's attempts to protect his younger brother, the younger sibling is already secretly planning his own moves, threatening to expose their dangerous secret and the fragile stability they've managed to maintain.
