In Like Flint

During the launch of a new space platform, the Fabulous Face gang ambushes Lloyd Cramden on the golf course. They KO him and swap the real president for a surgically altered impersonator. The theft sets in motion a plan to seize world power controlled by a female-led cabal.

The women establish a spa near the Virgin Islands space facility as a cover. They install tape recorders in hair dryers to brainwash their followers and prepare the base for global control. The plan centers on manipulating key players without raising suspicion.

Puzzled by a three-minute discrepancy in the timeline, Cramden travels to New York to seek out Derek Flint. He visits Flint’s apartment and explains that something is very wrong at the space facility. Flint agrees to help uncover the truth.

Flint breaks into the Z.O.W.I.E. headquarters and uncovers that the astronauts at the new space platform are really Russian female cosmonauts. He uncovers the scope of Fabulous Face’s operation and its ties to the Kremlin. Danger escalates as he gathers crucial evidence.

During the confrontation, General Carter and turncoat guards attack Flint. He appears to fall into a document incinerator and is presumed dead. The mission to expose the plot seemingly ends in failure for Flint.

Rather than stay defeated, Flint escapes and travels to the Soviet Union to continue the investigation. He plots to use his wits to outmaneuver those who control the space platform. The journey marks a shift from American to Soviet-backed intrigue.

In Moscow, Flint dances into the Bolshoi Ballet where ballerina Natasha, a Fabulous Face operative, attempts to drug him with euphoric acid. He foils her plan and resists the seduction. The encounter cements the international reach of the plot.

Flint infiltrates the Kremlin and overhears the Soviet Premier bluffing about the fake U.S. President. The clues point toward the spa as the key to the conspiracy. He realizes the spa is central to Fabulous Face’s plan.

Cramden goes to the spa to investigate and is captured along with the real President. The conspirators imprison them and separate them from the rest of the group. The spa becomes a pivotal staging ground for the plot.

Flint boards a flight to Cuba disguised as a revolutionary. He distracts the other passengers, then parachutes out over the Virgin Islands and swims to the Fabulous Face complex. The mission threads back to the Virgin Islands operation.

Norton confronts Flint and brings him before the Fabulous Face leadership. Flint tries to persuade the women to abandon their plan, but General Carter is dissatisfied with his subordinate role and plots to take power with the fake president. Tension peaks as loyalties collide.

During a tense confrontation, Carter's men capture Flint and the others and place Flint, Cramden, the real President, and the Fabulous Face leaders into cryogenic suspension. The plot seemed to have won a temporary victory for the conspirators. However, escape is looming.

Flint manages to escape his cryogenic chamber and decides to join forces with the women in stopping Carter’s plan to arm the space station. His return to action rekindles the counterstrike against the coup. A new alliance forms to avert disaster.

Flint and the Fabulous Face women travel to the space base, seducing and subduing the male guards. They seize the control room and take charge of the launch sequence. With the leadership under their control, the plot against Earth is exposed.

Carter, aboard the rocket, threatens to arm the warheads unless allowed to proceed. Flint boards the capsule, they fight, the capsule tumbles, and Carter is trapped when the missile destroys it. Flint then drifts to a nearby space platform to await Earth’s return.
