If You Meet Sartana Pray for Your Death

An elderly couple on a horse-drawn carriage is attacked by Morgan's gang. Sartana arrives on the scene and shoots the robbers, killing several of them while Morgan escapes.

A stagecoach carrying a shipment of gold is robbed by Mendoza's Mexican gang, with a disguised passenger murdering the guards. Lasky and his men ambush the gang and kill them, seizing control of the staged heist.

The strongbox from the coach is opened, but it contains only rocks, not gold. Lasky heads to town to press his insurance scam, meeting Jeff Stewal and Alman to collect payment.

Sartana defeats Lasky in a high-stakes card game and takes their money. When four of Lasky's men close in, Sartana outguns them, ending the immediate threat.

Lasky gathers a new gang and tracks Sartana, drawing them toward the site of his previous massacre. The plan backfires as the gang turns on Lasky and chases him into a cabin booby-trapped with dynamite.

Lasky detonates the dynamite, wiping out much of his own group. Sartana's presence spooks him, and he escapes, but the confrontation has only just begun.

Lasky sends Morgan, now his partner, to kill Sartana, but the attempt fails and Morgan is killed. The failed hit confirms Sartana's power and raises the stakes in their duel.

A different gang hired by Lasky is wiped out by Sartana, who again deliberately lets Lasky escape. The pursuit persists with ongoing tension between the two men.

After Lasky blackmails Stewal and Alman, Mendoza's men capture Lasky and try to force him to reveal the gold's location. Lasky insists that Sartana alone knows where the gold is hidden.

Stewal, having an affair with the late mayor's widow, plans to escape with the gold supposedly hidden in the mayor's coffin, aided by Alman and his wife Evelyn. Sartana warns that Mendoza will dig up the coffin and seize the gold for himself, complicating the plan.

Stewal is killed by Mendoza's men while checking the coffin, and the plan collapses as the supposed gold is not found. The town reels as the scheme unravels in real time.

Lasky infiltrates Mendoza's residence and kills him and his men with a Gatling gun. Sartana arrives and the two open the coffin, discovering rocks and the mayor's corpse instead of gold.

Lasky shoots Sartana, and it appears that Sartana is dead. The town braces for the final confrontation as Lasky believes he has won.

Alman had hidden the gold, but Evelyn betrays and kills Alman, then leads Lasky to the true stash hidden in another coffin. Lasky shoots Evelyn, and Sartana reappears alive to challenge him.

Sartana returns and the two duel in a dramatic showdown. Lasky is killed, and Sartana rides out of town with the coffin full of gold.
