Olive hires Popeye and Bluto to build her new home, but she divides the blueprints so each works on opposite halves. Neither man cooperates: Bluto sloppily constructs his side and constantly sabotages Popeye, while Popeye’s own blunders trap Olive in crooked pipes. After Popeye powers up with spinach and finishes the house, the structure collapses just as they celebrate with a kiss.
