While Popeye constructs a house, his nephews rehearse their music. When the children try to assist, they only create chaos, adding to the comedic chaos, so Popeye sends them back to practice. He finishes the house, moves inside, and it collapses. Undeterred, the boys decide to help while continuing their rehearsal, building a soaring luxury apartment skyscraper in perfect time with the ever‑popular Poet and Peasant Overture.
