Ranjeet Dobriyal hosts an extravagant birthday party aboard a luxury cruise ship, attended by family, friends, and associates. As the ship departs, Ranjeet suddenly suffers a heart attack and dies, leaving everyone shocked and grieving. The event sets the stage for subsequent mystery and intrigue aboard the ship.

Ranjeet's lawyer Lucy activates his holographic will, revealing that his entire £69 billion fortune has been left to his son Jolly from his first marriage. The will hints at unusual clues about Jolly’s true identity, sparking curiosity and suspicion among the guests and family members.

Three men—Jalabuddin, Jalbushan, and Julius—and their wives arrive claiming to be Jolly, each providing identical proof of their claim. The impostors create confusion and tension, leading Dev to suggest conducting DNA tests to verify their identities and find the true heir.

The ship’s clown, Aakhri Pasta, tries to spike Batuk’s drink with sedatives, but the drink is accidentally shared in the communal punch. This results in everyone losing consciousness. The chaos complicates the situation as the guests and impostors grapple with memory loss and suspicion.

The next morning, the three men wake up in the wrong cabins with their supposed wives, with no memory of the previous night. The doctors discover the DNA test samples have been murdered, escalating suspicion and leading Dev to imprison everyone until further investigation.

The three men admit to each other that they are all impostors and none of their wives are their real spouses. They plan an escape, with the women crawling through air vents to destroy potential DNA evidence, deepening the mystery surrounding their identities.

The women notice suspicious behavior from COO Bedi while in the lab, which has been converted into a morgue. They secretly record his movements, suspecting he may be involved in Ranjeet's murder. Tensions rise as doubts about his loyalty grow.

Captain Sameer is found murdered, and Baba and Bhiddu, two suspended police officers, arrive hoping to solve the case. However, before they can act, they are imprisoned, and an investigation into the murders begins with Interpol officer Daghdu arriving with suspect files.

Daghdu shares investigation files with the suspects, and that night, he is attacked and stabbed by a masked assailant. The suspects, including Dev and Maya, become more suspicious as tension and paranoia build among those onboard.

The film concludes with two alternate endings: in one, Dev is revealed as the mastermind behind the inheritance fraud, having hired Jalbushan; in the other, Maya is exposed as the scheming CFO. Bedi's death is linked to the second killer, and the real Jolly arrives, indifferent to the inheritance.
