Two fast‑talking insurance salesmen encounter Mary, a young woman fleeing her wealthy mother, and agree to help her run the Broadway hotel she inherits. Discovering it dilapidated and nearly empty, they launch a bogus public‑relations campaign that markets the property as an exclusive resort for the elite. The deception draws a flood of guests, spiraling into a cascade of comedic mishaps and escalating complications.
