A heartbreaking true story echoing Schindler’s List. In 1939 Poland, before the German invasion, the Jewish Diamant family entrusts their valuables to 17‑year‑old Catholic maid Fusia, who feeds them and hides thirteen people in her loft for over two years. When two German nurses quarter in her apartment as the front nears, her rescue seems doomed.
