Hello Hum Lallan Bol Rahe Hain

Lallan works as a security guard in Mumbai, known for honesty and hard work. His dedication earns him the respect of colleagues, and his uncle Lachhmidas acts as his boss, providing both pressure and support.

Lallan loves Saroja, who lives in his village, and keeps in touch through a local phone booth. He dreams of a promotion, moving into an apartment, and proposing to Saroja, while his best friend Ganesh nudges him to seize the moment and marry soon.

Hansa, owner of the nearby phone booth, notices Lallan's politeness and sobriety, and is touched by his character. She even offers to arrange marriage with her daughter, but Lallan politely declines, staying focused on Saroja.

A troubling dream of Saroja leaving him triggers action when he learns she is about to be married to an older groom. Saroja’s father agrees to the alliance to secure money for the family, including a bribe to land a job for Saroja’s brother.

Saroja tells Lallan that she loves Kishan, the son of a local jeweller, which plunges him into a deep depression. He tries to persuade Kishan to marry Saroja by paying the promised money, but Kishan refuses, citing his father's greed.

Determined not to give up, Lallan decides to raise the money himself. He sells many of his belongings and prays to Lord Shiva for a sign or luck to help secure Saroja's future.

Lallan and another security guard foil a jewelry store robbery and capture the culprits. For their bravery they are awarded ₹100000, a prize that should have gone to Lallan for his personal mission.

Lallan's coworkers, inspired by his selfless devotion, give him the entire prize money. Hansa contributes ₹30000 of her own, and Ganesh sells his autorickshaw to add to the funds.

Armed with the money, Lallan travels back to his hometown to present the funds to Saroja’s father, hoping for a peaceful resolution. He pursues the plan with hopeful determination.

On the train, goons attempt to steal the money and Lallan is dragged into a dangerous scuffle before escaping. He returns home and is questioned by police about the large windfall, with suspicions that the money might be blood money.

A journalist helps him navigate the danger. Lallan returns to Mumbai with the money, only to discover that Laxmichand has already decided to marry Kishan to another wealthy girl.

Saroja, moved by the lengths Lallan has gone to for her, decides to marry him instead. The couple's choice marks a turning point, choosing love and devotion over social pressure.

Lallan and Saroja return to Mumbai as a married couple, their bond cemented through sacrifice and devotion. Their future in the city that never sleeps is now shared and hopeful.
