Vaishali, a hostage negotiator, fails to save a pregnant woman during a robbery. One robber is killed while the other slits the woman's throat and escapes, leaving Vaishali haunted by the outcome.

63 days after the prior incident, Vaishali is assigned to negotiate with the mysterious Nathuram Godse, who has kidnapped several high-profile businessmen and SP Sameer. The case marks a dramatic escalation from a failed rescue to high-stakes brinkmanship.

Vaishali speaks with Godse while police surround his base on a secret island. The tense exchange sets the terms as Godse issues demands and tests Vaishali's resolve.

Godse instructs Vaishali to bring Industrial Minister Phani Kumar. Phani reveals that shell companies exist mostly on paper and can be used to defraud jobless people for profit, igniting Godse's anger.

Godse kills Sameer despite threats from the DGP, escalating the violence. Vaishali, unsettled by the brutality, leaves and later learns that Godse is actually a London-based businessman named Viswanath Ramachandra.

Anand Kumar replaces Vaishali to negotiate. Godse warns Anand to leave by threatening and kidnapping Anand's minister uncle at knifepoint, insisting he will only negotiate with Vaishali.

Vaishali is recalled and Godse pushes for Ajay Sarathy as the next contact. He confronts Ajay over killing his pregnant wife Shalini, staged as a robbery, and even brings the goon who carried out the murder to Vaishali.

Godse asks Vaishali to bring media baron Punyamurthy, retired Chief Justice Anantha Krishnan and Chief Election Commissioner Lakshmi Narayana. The request underscores the scale of the corruption he intends to expose.

The story reveals Godse's backstory: at the World Business Summit he rejects a project from Phani Kumar and Ajay and learns that his best friend Rajaram, an unemployed science aspirant, committed suicide after being insulted. He vows to restart his life in India, but is pressured to return to London by Ajay, Phani Kumar and the CM.

Godse stays back in the country with a hacker friend and gathers evidence about CM, Phani Kumar, and Ajay's illegal activities. He intends to present it to the Governor, but the CM orchestrates an accident that kills his friend, forcing Godse to escape.

After Shalini's death, Godse becomes a vigilante and leaks information about the ministers' illegal dealings to the media. The leak exposes the rampant corruption and fuels public outrage.

Anand and his team reach the island, but Godse has already escaped. In the climactic sequence, he reaches the CM's house with drones, attacks security, and detonates his bomb jacket, killing the CM and others alongside him. Vaishali receives the hard drive from Godse's ally and submits it to the Governor, who takes action against the corrupt politicians.
